Shipping
We ship within 5-7 days of when you place your order. A small percentage of items require a longer ship-out.
We ship via UPS. On rare occasions we may face an unforeseen delay in shipping your order. We will notify you by email if we determine your order will not ship by the timeframe stated on each item's product page.
Standard Shipping: We only offer standard shipping method which is ground shipping. You should receive your products within 1 to 3 wks from the day you order them unless notified of any problems.
Return and Refund Policy
There are NO refunds, only exchanges.
